"Crime is very low! I’ve had packages delivered to the wrong house and the mailman was able to go to that house the next day and pick back up from the wrong people, as they did not just keep my package! "
  • Caroline F.
"Lots of land. Lots of privacyNo cable internet on our side of street. Close to Warrenton dog park and barking brewery."

"My commute to Leesburg is long but I set my own hours so I don’t typically run into the normal morning and evening rush hour, certain areas can be congested at those times of the day but not the entire commute."

"a kind fun friendly country place that is anti-city. you can truly relax here on the ,weekends. "
  • Katie L. B.
"It’s nice, but too many kids try to play in the streets instead of their yard or the playground. Okay schools, but not amazing. "

"About 45 minutes from here to Manassas for my job. Lots of lights and crawling. Nothing else to add "
  • Stephanie .
"I don’t live in a neighborhood. That’s what’s unique. I also enjoy the farmland. Instead of building new housing developments where farms are currently located, how about buying the land that isn’t an existing farm to build houses. "

"pretty quite except for road noise. seems like a peaceful neighborhood. not much of a night life so after 10 PM everything closes."
  • Jbryonwiles
"This is a nice area to live. It is a mixed community made up of DC/NOVA commuters, local contractors and farmers. The bottom line is I feel safe about letting my kids play outside. The local element school is loaded with good caring teaches. I visit the school and chat with my 1st grader’s teacher at least once a month. Good education comes not only from good teachers but from parent participation. We have good schools in Fauquier County and Bealeton is no exception. The biggest down fall for this community is the DC/NOVA commuters are so far from work that they don’t have the time to invest in the community. I also love our church ā€œBealeton Baptist Churchļæ½? which is pastured by a Retired Air Force Colonel named Pastor Bob."
