Townhomes With a View is one of the more desirable locations in Clackamas and the complex is nestled in a beautiful wooded setting. Complex has a pool, spa, and workout room. Across the street from Kaiser and close to Clackamas Town Center (Max station), and about 10 minutes drive to Adventist. Complex backs to a nature preserve with hiking trails. Storage on the private, tree-level, covered deck with west-facing views of Clackamas.

Walkable access to mass-transit. Bus stop at the main entrance, and MAX line just a few blocks away.

This unit is located at the top of the hill in building 12, providing more privacy and a nice view. It is newly remodeled including laminate floors throughout, new kitchen cabinets, quartz counters and stainless steel appliances, new bathroom cabinets, with quartz countertops. Washer and dryer included.
Water, sewer, trash are included (you pay electric & internet/tv). Move-in costs would be the $1000 security deposit, $500 pet deposit (if applicable), and first months rent (pro-rated for partial month occupancy). Approved applicants must provide $500 Contract Reservation Fee to hold unit up to 30 days; converts to additional security upon residency.
This is a non-smoking home and non-smoking community. (Per HOA regulations, smoking is not permitted on any of the property's common areas.) Also, the HOA has banned all open flame grilling (charcoal & propane), so only electric grills are permitted.
In-person showings are possible only to qualified applicants who meet the acceptance criteria below:
Stable income of 2.25X rent or higher. Credit score 675 or higher, with no active collections or pending bankruptcy. Good references, no evictions or criminal convictions as allowed by ORS 90.303.
Fees (if any) charged by employer verification services to be paid by applicant unless an alternate form of verification is agreed upon by both parties (i.e. recent pay stubs).
This unit is not ADA accessible. (Enter from upper street; one flight of stairs.)
Applications submitted through Zillow. All adults 18 and older must submit an application. Fees determined by Zillow's policies (currently $35).
Proof of renter's insurance is required.

Tenant responsible for electric and internet. Owner pays water, sewer, trash. Absolutely no smoking (tobacco or weed), or vaping in unit.
Note that the entire condo complex is a non-smoking property, except for the main roadway, Talbert St.
Two covered parking spots are available.
All persons 18 and over must submit an application and be screened before being permitted to reside in the unit.

You see many people young and old from the neighborhood walking their dogs or just exercising by walking around the track. It’s comfortable walking back there because there is no busy street and you feel safe."

And apparently it was one of our neighbors stealing from us but there are also a lot of homeless people that come through and go through the garbage/recycling and I had a bag of cans stolen from my doorstep by a lady right before we moved.
