Credit check required, Community Association application fee $100. Available showings By appointment only.

Tenant will open an account with FPL for electricity and with Collier County Utilities for water,sewer and garbage. A $1 duplicate fee is charged monthly by Collier County Utilities to copy Landlord of monthly invoice. Tenant will also be responsible for its own cable account and its cost.
