Description

This is the one you've been waiting for!! Super cute Powderhorn home ready for you to move in and enjoy and expand in the future if desired! This home has newer windows, newer water heater and newer high efficiency furnace. There is a light-filled living room & dining room, and the dining room even has a built in buffet! The kitchen is so much more than you have been dreaming about. Super efficient use of space affords ample cabinets and counter space - more than you might find in a kitchen that is much larger. Even the yard is efficient - plenty of room to social distance, and garden - but not too much to take care of. Seller has an eco-driveway which makes the green space feel more spacious. Walk, bike, or run here quick from the Park!

  • Sarah A.
"I’ve lived in Minneapolis for almost 20 years, and the Powderhorn neighborhood is by far the most community-oriented and welcoming area that I’ve experienced in the city. "
  • Yourdevildoll

"What makes Powderhorn unique is its sense of community! People are kind, they look out for each other, and they are passionate about where they live. "
  • Dan
"The park is large and very dog-friendly. Most are well behaved, rarely do I hear barking in the neighborhood."
  • Healthywealthy1035
"It’s a neighborhood that encompasses diversity, as well as artistic venues - talented musicians, painters, sculptors and it is very family-oriented!"
  • Linda R. O. G.
"l've lived here for six years and lved loved it.people are nice, kind and friendly.and nature is so beautiful here and in the park.some times we here shooting out side at night "
  • Cskaalrud
"I've lived in either Whittier, Bottineau, or Powderhorn for over 7 years. Powderhorn is a nice, friendly, and really beautiful part of Minneapolis. Generally laid back, progressive or at least laisse-faire population. No more drugs, "gun-shots" (read: often fireworks, cars), or drug deals than ANY part of the Twin Cities, including the over-idealized suburbs. The stereotype here is that of "real hippies and hair dressers and drunks," but it's families, older residents, young to middle-aged renters and general true-blue Minneapolitans. A truly great mix of cultures, food, collectives, LGBT and POC friendly businesses, artists, workers, and families."
  • Alyssa N.
"the over abundance of crack heads, drug deals, gun shots and police sirens. it's a really nice area when the sun is up and the police presence is felt. otherwise don't walk alone and bring a weapon. also my car gotstolen literally IN FRONT of my house...so there's that "
