Two dedicated parking spots (one spot is in the shared carport, and the other parking spot is outside the carport). There is a large storage unit on the enclosed patio. Additional open parking is available throughout the complex. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. There is shared laundry in the building, but not in the unit. There is a community pool & spa and a large open green space for relaxing or taking a walk.

Your rent includes water, sewer & trash service. The resident pays for all other utilities.
