Assigned open space fit upto three vehicles in the back of the property depending on the size of vehicle. you can also put a nice patio set in the back. non-smoking, only Allowed no other pets. it includes water trash sewer and gas. centrally located very close to Fullerton High School, college and universities and near the 91 and 57 freeway.

One year lease required. Only one cat allowed, no other pet. Gas, trash and sewer included. Water will have $50 allowance per month. Resident will be responsible for overage. Owner does live in front house please Do Not Disturb.
