"This neighborhood has tons of new families with children under 3 years old. It is diverse and full of friendly people who are usually interested in meeting their neighbors and having a conversation. Lake Merritt is within walking distance and downtown Oakland is very close as well. "
  • A.j. M.
"I’ve lived here for 3 years. A lot of people walking dogs, there is a great park down the street, and the majority of neighbors are friendly. People like to blow through the stop signs on 24th because it is a thorough way "
