4 bedroom 2.5 bath, grassy backyard with small patio. Great neighborhood. This was our first home and it was a great area for our family. Lots of shopping nearby, parks and great schools.
Scheduling showings now for Wednesday evening (Dec. 13th).

Renter pays utilities. Owner pays HOA. Willing to do more then 1 year lease if needed. We are flexible.

    "From 2020, our children cannot play outside. Every year it is more and more dangerous to live in Las Vegas. In our community, several dangerous guys took pictures of children while they were playing, and since then we no longer let children outside. No area in Las Vegas is safe for families."
