Good sized inside laundry/utility rm & cute butler's pantry in the hall by the kitchen. One car attached garage. (A shop building on the property is also for rent separately - ask the agent at the showing if you're interested). PLEASE NOTE: The house does NOT have central heat or air. There are new efficient wall heat units with their own thermostat in each room, plus ceiling fans in the bedrooms. One wall air unit in the family room area. Tenant can provide their own portable A/C units if desired. Windows are single pane. There is LOTS of storage in cabinets in garage.
