Water is free as it is on a filtered well system.
There is no smoking in the house. Pets OK up to 20 pounds. First month rent, last month rent and deposit due prior to move in.

Tenant Pays: Electric, Wi-Fi and trash removal. Note that there is not municipal trash service for the area. There is a nearby dump and fees are typically around $4 per visit.

There are two security cameras facing away from the house in the front and back. These will remain in place during the lease for owner security monitoring.

Owner Pays: Orkin extermination service.
