If owner approves a higher deposit equal to 1 months' rent or higher will be required.

No Credit History- Automatic Denial

REMS never releases credit info, reports, credit scores that we obtain in connection with the approval process to anyone including owners, the prospective tenant themselves or anyone else for that matter. An adverse letter is to be sent to the tenants that we deny.
