This is a central location, it is very close to University Place, Costco, Target as well as many other shopping areas, schools (including Utah Valley University and Brigham Young University), many delicious, healthy restaurants and other local attractions.
Not student housing. Small family only (0-3 children). Single family occupancy only.
Amenities:
Free Utopia fiber-optic wifi (some no-brainer exclusions apply.)
Free water, sewage and trash (for typical use :)
Hard wood floors
Off street, shaded parking for one smaller vehicle (larger vehicle such as a large truck or van may have to park at the curb.)
Washer and dryer hook ups
Refrigerator, Oven
Water, sewage & garbage included.
Please be aware this location does not include any furniture or washer and dryer. It does have a refrigerator and oven.
1st month rent + security deposit before moving in.
No Smoking. No pets.
While there isn't air conditioning the unit stays relatively cool in the summer because the upper level air conditioning is kept on. On the upside, no air conditioning bill! Also, heat bill may be less than upstairs since basement gets heat from upper level during winter.
There are small children who live upstairs, however padding has been put down to limit the noise that is heard downstairs. What upstairs neighbors do you know of that have done that? :)
There is a beautiful decorative fireplace, however it has been blocked off to stop wintertime draft. It should not be used, but still adds character to the living room.
The angle of the stairs to the entryway may make it hard to move a large pre-assembled couch in, due to the angle of the stairs leading in. If you have a couch that is in smaller sections or a couch which requires assembly, you should be able to get those in.
