The house is fully furnished, Central heating & cooling, appliance: TV, Refrigerator, washer, dryer, dish washer, microwave, cooking stove-oven, cooking utensils.

rental terms: 1 semester lease (Fall semester - $700/month room), 1 year lease ($550/room). The rent includes utilities (electricity, water, internet) and is an individual lease, (renter is not responsible for their house mate's lease).
