About this House

10 x 11 foot room with a deep closet and hardwood floors. Room has dresser, armoire, med/large tv with Roku, full size (memory foam mattress) bed, mini fridge and a lazy boy. No cable, but who really watches that anyway. lol. Laundry on site and owner occupied basement. Kitchen has an air fryer, microwave and dishwasher along with many other appliances. There is a patio with a barbecue for the Summer and we'll have a fire pit at the end of this coming summer.

We are too very quiet females. Any kind of smoking is prohibited as owner has a lung condition. No drugs or illegal substances are allowed and renter must have a clean police record. This is a small house so personality types have to match.

There are also pets. A large cat and a tiny dog. The cat does not do well with other cats so no other cats can be added to the property. I will not ask the renter for any help with these animals, but interaction with these animals is encouraged!

There will be a lease to sign a security deposit and a background check as well as proof of employment. The security deposit will go into a bank account so I will need the renter's Social Security number or they can come to the bank with me which I would prefer.

No smoking allowed. Room has its own key. Rent is due on the 20th of the month.
