Neighborhood Description

We have a beautiful, mature neighborhood that is around 30 years old or so with lots of mature trees and well-maintained homes and yards. There is a neighborhood association that charges only $20/yr to join and has made great improvements to the look and feel of the area, including neighborhood entrance signs and new street signs with the neighborhood logo on them. Very nice neighbors!

We moved two years ago from downtown and now feel very safe at all times and really enjoy the lack of traffic and trash blowing down the streets. The community is spotless and professionally managed. Two pools, tennis courts and golf course views. For Lexington, you really cannot get better in this price point. "
