3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, in a great neighborhood right in the middle of town. Huge kitchen with lots of counter and cabinet space. All tile and hardwood. This home also has a large laundry room addition and fenced backyard. You are close to everything and there is also an entrance to one of the two long parks right down the street if you like to walk or ride bikes

We do have a max of 2 pets and a pet deposit of $250/ pet, and at this home we can have larger dogs. Everything is on combined city services at this address: water, sewer, trash is on one bill. Electric is SWEPCO, the gas is Centerpoint. And we would ask if anyone smokes, it is outside.
