One-of-a-kind-space. Great for artists, or live-work, 1002B is a loft-like unit in what was once a storefront church, and later, renovated as an architecture office. It has eleven foot ceilings, painted wood floors and is filled with natural light from a wall of north facing glass, etched for privacy and laminated for sound control. It has separate living and bedroom areas, full bathroom with tub/shower, a walk-in closet, and kitchenette. Modern plumbing and electrical, central heating, great night lighting. 1002B shares with 1002A-- a Washer/Dryer in a vestibule with secure locking doors on each side, and forced air heating.

Quiet neighborhood with easy on-street parking. Short walk to 4th street, Berkeley bowl and other closer groceries, shops & cafes, Aquatic park, bus & Amtrak.
