7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son has been going here since PreK. Every year he has had bully issues and the school seems to not care until he is fed up with it and finally defends himself or retaliates, resulting in him being suspended and the others having no repercussions of note. The teachers rave about how smart and well behaved he is. The zero bullying policy is an absolute joke. Today, a girl in a higher grade punched him multiple times before school started. He tried getting her attention a few minutes later and now suddenly my son allegedly is punching a girl. My son isn't perfect but he knows I'd put him 6ft under figuratively for laying a finger on a female. He gets suspended so I go up and request to see video of the incident to which I get a huge run around about I have to request it when such and such is in the next day to suddenly I'll have to contact the legal department to request it. Then when the security officer who handles the incident is talking to me, she claims my son never said anything about the girl hitting him and in the same sentence admits to knowing he was hit. At this point, I just want the info to request the video and a withdrawal form that they supposedly didn't have any of until I said he is withdrawing from the district once I can make the appropriate judgement of the incident from video rather than a bunch of hearsay from the other student's friends and supposedly the only parent to witness the incident. Let's not even get started on other issues like no crossing guards at a crosswalk where a kid got hit just a few years ago from a lack of crossing guards or lack of traffic direction at drop off and pick up.Parent Review3y ago7 Reviews - Scranton School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWould never recommend this school don't take your kids to this school at all, they didn't even try to be nice to my child on the first day. Kept yelling at my child even when my child was just new and didn't know what to do and expected him to know what he was doing! This is not right and the staff are on here giving Thereselves 5 star reviews just to bring more attention on their school and lure kids do not trust them. Everyone in here is fake.Parent Review4mo ago7 Reviews - Sunbeam PreK-8 School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a recent graduate, I can confidently say that my experience was far more positive than many might expect. While there were occasional challenges such as conflicts or instances of student disrespect, these are not uncommon in most educational environments. In my case, the experience was largely defined by supportive, dedicated teachers who were genuinely committed to sharing their knowledge and helping us succeed. My classmates were respectful, friendly, and close-knit; we supported one another and fostered a sense of community. Although there were a few difficult individuals, they were never part of my immediate class group. The educators made learning engaging and did their best to create a positive and enjoyable environment. I’m truly grateful to have graduated with the guidance of compassionate staff, outstanding teachers, and a welcoming peer group.Other Review11mo ago2 Reviews - Lincoln West School Of Global Studies

"There are several green spaces where dogs and their owners can go to play and run. The spaces are marked and kept clean and seem to be safe for the pets."

"The usual perks of downtown living are there. However, there is a TON of car vandalism in the warehouse district. Also it seems many dogs owners allow their dogs to pee & poop right in front of buildings and stores and generally all over the sidewalk, so just walking down the street can be stinky and unpleasant. Wish more people took pride in this neighborhood and acted accordingly."

"My spouse and I walk to work. Love our neighbors and fellow downtown residents. Bars and restaurants who are responsible good neighbors are awesome. The city allows four bar owners to negatively affect the livability of the neighborhood. They also divert public safety funds to monitor the area to “just stop fights” of drunk bar patrons one one block, yet leave other surrounding streets (and neighborhoods) unsafe. The only thing from keeping downtown Cleveland from being amazing is the city itself. "

"I have a pup myself and he loves his pup friends! For a downtown community there’s a fair amount of grass area to walk to. However, for me the nearest dog park is a 25 minute walk each way."

"What makes this neighborhood unique is the revitalization of the downtown area. There are plenty of spaces to walk dogs if you own a dog and the areas are kept nice and neat. There is also public transportation to get around town that is completely free."

"I have lived in Seymour, TN 37865 for 12+ years. The neighbors all know one another but primarily only have events with family. We gave our 83yr. old neighbor a Father's Day Party one year. We have full view of the Mountain Range from Cosby to Blount County. We have a very unique neighborhood as most have lived there most all of their lives. We have great neighbors, both in friendliness and concern for one another's property's safe keeping."
