Fresh paint. This unit has upgraded pergo flooring throughout both levels (no carpet). Also there is a central A/C, fenced patio, 1 car attached garage with additional storage. Washer/dryer is included.
In order to move in I require a security deposit in the amount of 1 months rent. Pets are ok with additional security deposit depending on a size (no large dogs please). Unit is located in the Raintree East Subdivision that has 2 outdoor pools. It'll be available around beginning of January.
