About this House

This has been an Airbnb rental but we are now looking for a full time renter.
The upgraded Safari Cabin is fully furnished and the kitchen has everything you need. Ideal for a couple or traveling nurse. The large master suite has a queen bed and the living space is 750sqft.There is also a queen sofa bed. The Cabin sits on the backside of our house. You will have a private locked entrance and parking for one or two vehicle on the private road. You are only 2 miles to Grossmont Shopping center for restaurants and entertainment.

Owner pays for all utilities. This is a private AUD on the back side of our home. You have your own entrance and access to the backyard with pool, spa and BBQ. No smoking. 6 or 7 month lease. We have a gardener and pool company to maintain the property once a week. Pool may need leaves cleaned out between weekly maintenance. There is also an automatic pool sweep.
