Animals are welcome upon approval with pet deposit.

Renters will be required to pay and keep the water and power in their name. There is no smoking allowed. Plenty of parking in the carport and on the driveway. Pets are allowed but must be approved. A non-refundable pet deposit of $500 per pet will be charged upon lease agreement signing. A one year lease is required along with a $2,200 deposit for damages.
