Upgrades include new interior paint, new swamp cooler, new furnace, new water heater, new exterior paint on home and garage, new fence along rear of property, mature trees offering shade in the summer, and fruit trees on the north side of the property. The home is Internet-ready. Detached 1-car garage and storage outside back door available on the property. Washer and dryer hookups (tenant to provide washer and dryer), all other appliances provided. The landlord does not live on site but is available by text for needed repairs. This home is waiting for new tenants to make it their own. We want tenants who will take care of our gem in historic Ogden - inside and outside. Thank you!

The lease term is for 1 year. Tenants pay for all utilities and are asked to maintain landscaping - mow the yard, weed, and keep bushes trimmed.
