Enjoy working out in the gym with incredible views of Biscayne Bay, Miami Beach, and the Atlantic. The fitness center also includes a steam room and sauna, with massage available. The 18th floor has the best lap pool and has a children's playroom and pool. There is a movie theater, wine room, social lounge, and 24-hour doorman and concierge.

The main bathroom includes a huge tub, double sinks, and a glass-enclosed shower. Built-in closet cabinets. Electric roller shades. Nest thermostat.

Enjoy skyline and partial water views eastwards to Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic. Entertain your friends on the large balcony, which keeps you cool in the afternoon shade. On the 30th floor, you will avoid a lot of the street noise which can be a problem in Brickell.

Speaking of noise the Flatiron is within a quiet community. This is a high-end community, so residents and the property management make sure that people are respectful of each other. If you're interested in hosting lively parties that go late into the night, there are many places in Miami where you can enjoy that experience just not at the Flatiron.

LEASE TERMS: 6 months but can be negotiated. Valet parking for one car is included. Cats and small dogs are allowed. Water, sewer, trash collection, high-speed Internet and basic cable are already included in the monthly rent. Tenant is responsible for electricity. The security deposit is equal to 1 month's rent, first and last month's rent are due at signing. NO SMOKING. $1,000 pet deposit per pet from the tenant.

HOA/Building Requirements - Applicants subject to HOA approval.. $1,500 elevator deposit and a Certificate of Insurance from the tenant's moving company. Please note that moves and deliveries are only allowed weekdays between 9AM-5PM.

If the tenant has a vehicle, they will need to purchase a transponder ($100) for the vehicle. Tenants must attend an orientation in the management office before scheduling move-in. Potential tenants must submit a lease application on Tenant Evaluation.
