"They don’t have that many dog parks here and they are very busy so I don’t know if you want me too but I will "
  • Apreziosogd
"Close access to train station, breweries, nightlife, and lots of farms/farmers markets! Excellent for apartments and houses! "
  • Ryan Hutchison
"Large lots, many parks and trails for long happy dog walks and runs. Dog owners would really love Hackettstown"
  • Eemeeh241
"There are Many parks and walking trails around this area. Dogs do have to be on leash. Houses in town do not have large yards. "
  • Eric K.
"This is a very safe town. Friendly and active people. Lots of stores and restaurants. Great food close by and a big variety too"
  • Nicole C.
"Other than events at the local farm there aren’t any. People live out here to enjoy the quiet views and find other things for entertainment. There are many great things to do around if you are willing to take a short drive. "
  • Aawagner5
"My neighborshood has excellent access to public transportation and is a walking town. It also has many restaurants and shops "
  • Derwin E.
"it's quiet and safe people seem to be nice most see you and wave and the association takes good care of the units and grounds."
  • Deekochnj
"I’ve been in this community for 7 years and have been very happy here. Quiet, clean and I feel safe!"

"Trunk or treats and lots of local parades on holidays. Lots of walking paths and parks and very kid friendly. Very dog friendly as well "
  • Lexie D.
"Panther valley constantly has events that they’ll post on the welcome board for anyone who’d like to participate!"
  • Jessica E.
"There’s no side walks for dogs to walk along. Also, the cars speed too fast along the route 57. And some areas off of the side roads. The side walks are only in the upscale area of the town and the rest of town is beaten up and needs repairs on houses. The house along rt57 in Beatyestown are not in best shapes and the river along the highways floods frequently. "
  • Jessica E.
"Overall - it’s a nice part of town to live in. ..There isn’t much diversity - and no one celebrates other cultures. More ethnic foods would be nice to have around. "
  • Deekochnj
"This gated community is lovely and affordable. The neighborhood is friendly and neighbors watch out for each other. "
  • Rhonda C.
"Small town feel and access to local shopping and restaurants. Farms, fishing, theatre and community events are prevalent."
  • Tania M.
"Incredible and safe place to live. Very family friendly! I have lived here for 4.5 years and I couldn’t imagine moving. It’s peaceful, quiet, and the scenery is lovely. "
  • Jeannie O.

  • Scstires21
"Great area for walking your dogs around every area of the town. I have two 70/80 pound dogs that I walk all the time. They really enjoy the large fields located on Robins ct and near the HS. Perfect for any growing family! "
  • Lisa R.
"Most of my neighbors have a dog. There’s a dog park in our area. Multiple vets in the area. My neighborhood is great for walking dogs."
  • ArielT
