Dual comfort heat and A/C units are in each room. There is an organized closet in the bedroom and a small coat closet in the main room. The monthly rent includes; heat, hot water and cooking gas. Tenant pays for their own internet connection and electricity.

OUTDOOR SPACE: On the 8th level is an enormous roof deck with unequivocal NYC views. You are welcome to bring up some chairs and enjoy. There is also a tranquil inner courtyard with lounge chairs and grill for building occupants.

NEIGHBORHOOD: This fantastic building is directly across the street from Cooper Park. With its farmers market, dog run, skate park and tennis court, you will always have outdoor activities at your doorstep. A quick walk to the L at Graham Ave and everything that main shopping hub has to offer. Access to the G at Metropolitan Ave. Other lines in walking distance.
