You get it all - including the Registered business name, the website, the client/customer list, the recipes, the fabulous furniture, Seller's decades of the property's chronicle and diary, the forks and spoons, a reasonable training period, everything. The twist is that the Seller stays after close of escrow under a Life Tenancy agreement until she leaves in one way or another. Here's what it will look like: After close of escrow you own the property - title is in your name and you can pat yourself on the back for the amazing discount that you negotiated. You will pay Andrea $10,750 every month until you've paid it off. (There is no interest, so with all payments being totally principal you're going to chip away at what you owe her pretty quickly.) During this time you are not involved with the Bed and Breakfast or the property or the income from the property - you are completely "hands off." We will negotiate the right for you to come stay to inspect your investment, a designated number of times a year.
