Holly is one of the 3 best streets in Jerome, in my opinion. Holly is pretty, it's quiet, and the neighbors rock! You'll love the absolutely jaw-dropping view from the living room wall of windows. Enjoy Sycamore Canyon, the Douglas mansion, and the beautiful East Ave homes all lit up at night. Formal dining room with a half bath and beautiful old real wood floors, big main bedroom, and the bathroom with (gasp) a real clawfoot tub. Owned by The Town of Jerome, sold ''as is.'' Do your inspections, just know that The TOJ will not be willing to do repairs at this price. Will be deed restricted for no BnB or VRBOs or any kind of short-term rentals, but long-term rentals are great and you will fill her fast! Click ''More,'' please, to hear about the downstairs. Downstairs is interesting. It was once a garage, and could be a great private bedroom - I see vents so I'm guessing it's heated and cooled. There's also a separate basement/wine cellar/storage room. You get a shaded patio for BBQs or outdoor elevated dining, you could install a hot tub, or maybe just take great afternoon naps!

This old girl needs some work, yet is perfectly liveable right now. I'm already getting calls from people wanting to rent - lots of calls.
