With 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms (Please don't make me explain - you'll see.) and a full bath, real wood floors, clawfoot bathtub, and tons of light and whimsy. All appliances included, plus washer/dryer. Outside, you've got a beautiful private veranda, immense shade, incredible views and nice side yards with what looks like real grass. Currently a thriving AirBnB. There is a voluntary Boardwalk Association which exists solely to keep the Boardwalk maintained. I'm under the impression that this is around $100 a year.
