Pets of all sizes are welcome with a one time non-refundable pet deposit and monthly pet rent (which varies by type and number of pets, usually $25).

There is an income requirement of at least 3x the monthly rent. No evictions in the last 10 years. You should have a positive rental and employment history. Cosigner is ok. The background check fee is $40 which will be credited toward your first month's rent. One-year lease. Furnished options available - just ask!
