This neighborhood is a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic, but is less than 1/2 mile to route 4 and 155, and on the bus route. It has city water and houses are on large lots. Opportunities for outdoor recreation abound, as well as cultural programs at the university, in Durham, and surrounding tons like Portsmouth, Exeter, and Dover. "

It's an ideal place to live - safe, quiet, good activities, proximity to shopping and the ocean, and only about an hour to the mountains, Boston, and Portland."
