The back yard is fenced in. The garage is heated and can be used as a work space. There is an air compressor unit located in the basement for garage use. This home has a new gas furnace and a new central a/c system (8/2022), water tank (2/2021). There is a hardwire ring door bell system that will stay with the property.

I have raised my four children here 2 that are now in high school who have gone through middle school and grade school in this town. And two that are now about to start school. we go to so many Town activities and my kids look forward to every event. they have amazing things for all ages and make every family feel like if they belong here.
