Room has a queen bed, dresser, work desk flat screen TV. Walk out to large back covered porch through french doors You will be sharing the home with owner plus two other adult long time tenants. You will share bath room with 33 year old male tenant and 40 year old female. You shall have complete usage of kitchen and laundry area. Room is for one person only. You shall share splt of all utilities. For quicker response please sent text. Rental amount is $950 for one year or $1050 for 6 months, or $1175 for 3 months.

Renter is responsible for one forth of utilities which includes high speed internet and
cable. No smoking allowed inside or out of home.

If I leave around the time necessary to get there a couple minutes early, It’s great, but if I’m running late & get stuck behind a slow driver, since most of the roads are one ways...then I’m not so happy! But overall, I have it down. "
