Looking for a working professional to sign a minimum 6 month lease, then month to month, in our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. A full single room available now.

- Rent for the single room is $900. You share a nice bathroom with another person with single room.
- Verizon Fios internet- very strong Wifi, good for working from home.
- Bedroom size is 10x11 with one good size closets and one window.
- Central heating and brand new central AC system.
- Hardwood floors throughout
- Main area is a huge open concept
- Balcony off of the living room
- Apartment is on dead-end street next to the huge beautiful Lincoln park
- Easy commute to NYC, anywhere in Jersey City, Hoboken, and Newark via Journal Square Path, Lite Rail, and bus

Again, looking for somebody with a full time professional job. Somebody who's clean, respectful, laid back, and friendly. Both current roommates have all of these traits and are pretty active, busy, social people, but not into bringing the party home. NO PET. NO DRUG.

I have seen floks saved their parking spots for friends and family and leave their driveways unused. I have also seen many people driving infront of their homes in the summer time .
