There is no fee to apply and only selected applicants will be responsible for the credit and background check. A clean background and a 620 minimum credit score are required.

    "There are lots of dogs in the neighborhood quiet roads and sidewalks to walk them. There are also trails and parks nearby. The only issue for us in our neighborhood is that there are several families that allow their dogs to be outside off leash and unfortunately our dog does not do well with other dogs."
