Description

The house is laid out very well!! The house sits up 34" from grade. No intrusion of water into the living space of the house during hurricanes' Mathew and Irma. Only the garage with no damages (CMU stem walls). It's an older house and needs works which I am performing. It will take me until spring 2021 max, to complete the work, but when done, it will be more expensive. Especially after I'm done installing the flooring. If you "make me move," you have the chance to choose your own interior and exterior paint colors and decision to turn the rear screened porch into a three seasons room or fourth bedroom.
