Screened in patio provides amazing views of the sunsets over the water.
Twelve month lease. This community does not allow short term rentals, so you'll live next to actual neighbors, not weekend partiers. Tenant responsible for all utilities and yard maintenance. Pets allowed subject to approval and additional pet deposit. You'll be dealing directly with the owner, not a management company. First months rent plus security deposit equal to one months rent required. Available early March.

No smoking on the property. Owner pays for pest control, lawn treatment, and quarterly HOA fees. Tenant responsible for all utilities and lawn maintenance. Parking available in two car attached garage and driveway. HOA does not allow overnight parking in the street. I love pets! However, this yard is not fenced, so please keep that in mind when deciding if this property is right for you and your pet.
Tenant is responsible for the first $50 of any plumbing related service call. I haven't had one in over three years. The AC is brand new, the electrical is up to code, and the roof is only about seven years old. A new 15 seer heat pump was installed in December 2023, which should help minimize electric bills. Home is currently serviced by ATT fiber optic, which has been very reliable, fast, and affordable.
