This studio is in a licensed lodging house, only one person is allowed to occupy the studio. No Parking Off-Street. No laundry in the building. No Smoking. Steps away from public transportation and a 10-minute walk to the train. First and last months rent are due at the signing of the tenancy agreement. Half-month realtor fee due at application submittal.
