Fully completed application from each applicant. We are unable to process applications if information is missing, illegible or if not all applicants/guarantors have applied. Incorrect/misinformation/missing information may delay the processing of your application or may disqualify you as a prospective renter.

FEES AND INITIAL PAYMENTS
Application fee: $40/adult, a breakdown of which can be provided upon request
Application fees are used for the cost of screening and review of applications and are non-refundable
Administrative Setup Fee: $30, due 1 month after move-in.
First Month's Rent: Due a minimum of 48 hours prior to move-in date
Security deposit: Due at signing
