Exterior Features: Brick and vinyl siding in fair condition. Asphalt roof in fair condition. Small covered front porch. Small fenced in back yard. Detached garage. Windows are all in place and appear to be in good working order. Interior Features: Living room has carpeting that is in poor condition. Plaster on the walls and ceiling in good condition. Ceiling fan and fireplace also in the living room along with some built-in shelves and cabinets. Dining room has carpeting that is in poor condition and walls and ceilings that are in pretty good condition. There is also a ceiling fan and some kitchen cabinets in the dining room. There is also a bedroom off of the diningroom with carpet that is in fair condition and good walls and ceiling. Small kitchen with a vinyl floor in fair condition and plaster in good condition. There is also a gas range. Small but complete bathroom off of kitchen that is dated but in fair condition. One upstairs bedroom has hardwood floors which are most likely underneath all upstairs bedrooms. The other two bedrooms have carpeting in poor condition. All bedrooms have drywall that is in pretty decent shape. There is also a small laundry room off of one of the upstairs bedrooms. Upstairs bathroom is large and complete and is in overall fair condition. Full unfinished basement with all mechanicals in place including a hot water tank, furnace, and electrical panel.

    "Overall it’s a safe neighborhood. Tipton Road is busy and there has been damage to yards due to drunk driving. Also, once our car was broken into and an item was stolen. We live off of Tipton road. "

Rural area is only 20 minutes from State College, 20 minutes from Altoona, 20 minutes from Philipsburg and 30 minutes from Huntingdon. Employment stability is good due to the closeness of all the above areas. Snappy's Convenience store and gas station, Subway and Family Chill and Grill Restaurant are in walking distance. Reese's Grocery store is 2 miles from the stop light in Bald Eagle, (RD 3, Tyrone, Pa.) Lived here for 30 years and love it."
