Rural area is only 20 minutes from State College, 20 minutes from Altoona, 20 minutes from Philipsburg and 30 minutes from Huntingdon. Employment stability is good due to the closeness of all the above areas. Snappy's Convenience store and gas station, Subway and Family Chill and Grill Restaurant are in walking distance. Reese's Grocery store is 2 miles from the stop light in Bald Eagle, (RD 3, Tyrone, Pa.) Lived here for 30 years and love it."
