This is a sweet, peaceful property that is convenient to so many amenities! It is a single-wide Oakwood home on a block-and-mortar foundation near Biltmore Lake in Candler. It is located on a private lot on a culdesac road, with a big yard and lots of privacy. (Not located in a trailer park.) There is a large, covered, rocking chair front porch that extends the length of the home as well as a small covered porch at the rear entrance. There is also a single-vehicle carport adjacent to the home and a lockable storage/utility building in the backyard. The home does have a refrigerator and electric range. There are washer/dryer hookups for you to care for your laundry in your own space as well.

The interior of the home features a Spacious living room, large kitchen, dining area, hallway laundry area, a large primary bedroom with a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bath with a large garden tub and separate shower stall. There is a spacious spare bedroom with an en-suite bath as well. There is a high-efficiency heat pump, newly installed in 2023 that provides heat and a/c.

The home has just had roof refinishing, painting, and some other renovations including all new sub-flooring and new, easy-to-maintain vinyl plank flooring throughout the home as well.

The location of the home is amazing! Pisgah State Park is scheduled to open in 2025 just a few short miles away. You are also near great public and charter schools. (Hominy Valley Elementary, Enka High School, Enka Intermediate School, Enka Middle School, Franklin School of Innovation, IC Imagine School). There are grocery stores and other shopping (5-10 minutes), and all of the fun things Asheville has to offer nearby! (Downtown, Eateries, breweries, mountain biking and hiking trails, Parks, Asheville Outlets, NC Arboretum, Biltmore Estate). All within only minutes! You also have the option to head west into Haywood County for a lot more to see and do!
