2. Proof of recent rental payments. Have legitimate phone number from previous Landlord(s) for reference.
3. Proof of STABLE INCOME: paystubs/bank statements or certificate of income (for retiree or disability)
4. We are willing to work with bad credit but need to pay extra in refundable deposit.
5. Rental rate $2000 is for long term rental with 2 occupancy. Rate depends on term (include trash pick up, yard maintenance, no cost for set up).
6. Pet fee applied (annual fee $100 only)

Short term winter rate is depending on occupancy and length of stay. Minimum 3 months. if short term require tax.
