The kitchen, dining and living room areas are an open floor plan. The kitchen includes a range and refrigerator and has a breakfast bar area that can be used for eating and entertaining! The bathroom includes a full tub/shower combination, newer vanity and toilet. The large windows allow streams of sunlight to enter the entire apartment. The living/dining and bedroom areas all have vinyl flooring for easy cleaning. The kitchen and bathroom have linoleum. The walls are a nice. neutral gray with bright white trim for a very relaxing environment. This unit has central air conditioning and heat pump. The water and sewer are included. Metered parking behind the building or there is permit parking in an open lot or parking garage available about a 2 block walk.

Very close to Kings Park and what we call the dog park which I think is actually named Bella Grove, right on the corner of Green St and Bond St. "
