OPEN FLOOR PLAN! One bedroom, 1 bath, second floor apartment located in downtown Westminster area within walking distance of the restaurants, pubs, library, shops, etc. The galley-style kitchen includes a range and refrigerator. Hardwood cabinetry and upgraded laminate counters. There is a bar area for eating - tenant must supply their own barstools. The kitchen and bathroom have linoleum type tile floor. The living room is quite spacious and has very large windows allowing a lot of sunlight to enter the rooms. Built in wood shelving in the living room area. The bedroom has a double closet with bifold doors and large windows as well. Kitchen and bedroom both have vinyl plank flooring. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination, vanity, medicine cabinet and toilet. Heat pump and central air conditioning. Coin-operated laundry room located just outside entry door. This building has a keypad and a pass-code must be entered to gain access to the inside of the building. Ingoing/outgoing mail on the first floor.

18-month lease is required.

Owner includes water, sewer and trash. Tenant pays for BGE bill. Coin-operated laundry just outside front entry door. Keyed entry to gain access into the building. Very close to Kings Park and what we call the dog park which I think is actually named Bella Grove, right on the corner of Green St and Bond St. "
