The bedroom has a double closet with bifold doors and large windows as well. Kitchen and bedroom both have vinyl plank flooring. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination, vanity, medicine cabinet and toilet. Heat pump and central air conditioning. Coin-operated laundry room located just outside entry door. This building has a keypad and a pass-code must be entered to gain access to the inside of the building. Ingoing/outgoing mail on the first floor.

$1,225.00 per month
$1,225.00 security deposit

18-month lease is required.

Owner includes water, sewer and trash. Tenant pays for BGE bill. Coin-operated laundry just outside front entry door. Keyed entry to gain access into the building. Very close to Kings Park and what we call the dog park which I think is actually named Bella Grove, right on the corner of Green St and Bond St. "
