Fully furnished luxury condo. One Lexington is THE luxury building in midtown Phoenix located right on Central Avenue. Unit 302 is the largest one bedroom floor plan in the building and features high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows throughout the entire unit. The building offers a heated spa, pool, fully equipped gym, gated parking garage, front desk concierge to collect packages and manage the building entrance, and key fob system. The unit was decorated by an interior designer, and truly offers the most luxurious stay in the desert. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony, take in the nearby museums and shopping in the valley, and then grill your dinner down at the pool. The bedroom offers a king sized bed and black out curtains, and a pull out sofa in the living room offers a space for kids or guests to stay as well. The light rail is just outside the building, giving you an easy way to get to restaurants in downtown Phoenix and catch a Phoenix Suns or Arizona Diamondbacks game. One Lexington has everything you need and more! This is not a 24/7 rental property - it is my full time home and has been cared for as such! I'm away for a while for work, and hope someone else can enjoy and appreciate the luxury experience of this building in the meantime.

All utilities will be included in the base monthly utility fee of $200 unless you exceed the standard cooling usage, then it will add on. Pets will be considered. Smoking is not allowed.

    "I lived in this house for 4 years and it was a dream. Loved everything about it. It’s a safe neighborhood with great people. The walls are so thick so it’s very quiet. I worried when I moved in that there would be homeless or people walking down the streets (I can from LA) and it never happened. I would sit on the front porch for hours with my dog and it was just the best. Whoever gets this home (and closet!!) will love it. "
