The property is located on the west side of Carson City in a cul de sac and close to the middle school.

The tenant is responsible for utilities; gas, electric, water/sewer, and garbage. Owner will pay for the yard maintenance as well as up to $75.00 a month in the summer for water, tenant is responsible for the balance of the water bill.
