* 1224 11th St is 2 different 3 BRs (for 6 per 3BR max) that can accommodate 4-12 renters. All the blue paint in the pictures is now WHITE.
ENJOY a 5 minute walk to CU campus, The Sink & Fox, Broadway bus lines, The Roxy & more!
Not the quietest location but SUPER CONVENIENT for walking to classes & restaurants close by!
LOVE where you live! This multi-plex feels like a home! No shared walls.Well insulated.
