Cute home in Swansboro/Mosquito Area. We lived here for 11 years. Our family eventually outgrew this house, going from one baby to three boys. We are looking for someone who wants to enjoy country living as much as we did. The home is situated near the top of 2 acres with beautiful views and room for kids to roam. Deer, turkeys, and a cadre of other forest creatures wander the yard daily.

Large living room that is great for a family. Spacious, functional kitchen with solid wood cabinets and granite tile counters. 2 large bedrooms. Updated bathroom and new floors. 2 car garage with built-in workbench and storage loft.

In the Swansboro community, that includes access to private lakes and parks. Right down the road from El Dorado National Forest and the north fork of the American River.

No smoking of any kind on the property.

Move-in cost: $5850. (First month's rent plus a $3900 security deposit)

    "Placerville is a mixture of Sierra Foothills with bigger city amenities. It's a beautiful area and has a rich history connected to the Gold Rush in 1848. Plenty of recreational opportunities for all ages. "

    "Eskaton has great dog paths, it's a retirement community in Placerville and very quiet and friendly. For the most part people pick up their dog doo but occasionally you get a few bad apples. But that's anywhere I think. Overall, the community has a lot of different diverse walking paths with poop poles strategically placed. "
