NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMain office staff: Unprofessional, patronizing, rude, dismissive and disrespectful. An experience for my kids and for me as a parent that become memorable for all the wrong reasons. On the positive side this experience served as a teachable moment for my kids. The eldest was at disbelief asking over and over again: Why are you been treated like this? How aren’t you mad? Why don’t you say something or call someone? Mom! Why are you so calm, even though you are being polite, they continue to treat you like this. This isn’t right. In that moment, seeing how upsetting this experience was for them, gave me serenity and strength to remain calm. After exiting the premises, I sat with my kids and explained to them. How others treat you when they are in a position of authority or under any other circumstances when is required of them to act with professionalism, empathy and understanding says everything about them. If you respond with aggression and disrespect, you will be exactly like them. Never get down to their level, always remain respectful.Parent Review4y ago - Navarre High School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageNavarre High School is a disgrace. The level of incompetence and unprofessionalism from staff is beyond unacceptable. It’s painfully obvious that student safety, accountability, and basic human decency are not priorities here.Concerns are ignored, dismissed, or buried, and anyone who expects urgency or compassion will be severely disappointed. The staff’s response to serious issues feels careless at best and negligent at worst. Communication is a mess, leadership is nonexistent, and students are left feeling unsafe, unheard, and completely unsupported.This school fails at the most basic responsibility of protecting and advocating for its students. If you value your child’s safety, mental health, or dignity, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
