"loose dogs regularly un the area. lots of homes have animals. Quick nice family friendly area. Most homes well maintained. "

"We have lived here for 3 years, and never have any issues. The neighbors are great. They are friendly and watch out for each other. Where we are is pretty quiet, but people do walk down the street frequently. They are just passing through, though. "

"lived here for 1 year. every house I look at around me has some kinda of crazy story. and the homeless are always walking the roads at all times of the night. I've been broken into twice in the past year. "

"This place is so cute. It's a quiet, family neighborhood with great walkability to restaurants and shops. We often visited the historic Commercial Street area for entertainment. The kids walk to Robberson Elementary. There is very little traffic. The garage with opener is so nice to park your car and store things. The fenced in backyard is perfect for the dog and the basement with pet door is perfect for the cat. The Woodland Heights Neighborhood Association shows great community involvement. The neighbors are nice. The house is very clean and well maintained."
